Bad gastric

Went vendor’s site for roadshow today
Followed by business dinner at Carousel.
Didn’t eat freely since it’s a business dinner.
Missed out on the desserts too! 😕

Came back sleepy after the long day
Or maybe it’s the white wine effect.
Took a shower and ate durians.
Then gastric strikes again!

Hope the ruyi oil comes in handy
And I can sleep soon. ☹️☹️☹️
